Born and raised in Nassau County, Shalom is the founder and managing member of Maidenbaum Property Tax Reduction Group, LLC. A graduate of Benjamin Cardozo Law School and N.Y.U.’s Business School, his vision and passion for helping Nassau County residents navigate the tax reduction process has made the company the leading residential tax reduction company in Nassau County.
Amy has been a member of Maidenbaum Property Tax Reduction Group, LLC since 2020. As a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, Amy initially practiced residential and commercial real estate, but now she fully manages the day-to-day operations of the tax certiorari department. As a native to Nassau County, she is particularly invested in the company’s charitable giving and giving back to the community.
With over 30 years of experience in the tax certiorari business, as office manager of Maidenbaum Property Tax Reduction Group, LLC, Joanne ensures that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Born and raised in Nassau County, and a graduate of Adelphi University, Joanne and her husband to this day still reside in Nassau County, where they have raised their two children and paid property taxes on their home for the past 40+ years.
